It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 SDB Doctors Summit! This year, we are excited to bring together more than 200 doctors from across our organization to learn from one another, strengthen relationships across business units, and deepen collaboration between clinicians and business partners. Your engagement and participation are truly valued, and we hope this Summit creates meaningful connections, shared insights, and memorable experiences that extend well beyond the event.

As we are planning for this amazing event, we kindly ask that you read the entirety of this page, as it contains key information about event registration.

✈️ For Those Flying In

  • Please plan to book an economy-class (or equivalent) flight and submit your receipt for reimbursement through Brex.
  • Please arrive at the hotel by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 11th, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to ensure you're settled before the event begins.
  • Ground transportation to and from the airport should be arranged via Uber or Lyft. You'll purchase these rides directly.
  • Specialty Dental Brands will reimburse transportation between the airport and the hotel (arrival and departure). Please remember to save your receipts and submit them through Brex.
  • Return flights may be scheduled at any time on Sunday, September 13th. Attendance is required for the full event, which will conclude on Saturday, September 12th at 6:00 PM.
  • We would love for you to stay for the evening dinner and send-off event — conference activities will conclude on Saturday, September 12th at 9:00 PM.

🚗 For Those Driving In

  • Please plan to track your total mileage from your home office to the event and back. Mileage can be submitted for reimbursement through Paylocity under the Expenses tab. Your Regional Director is available to assist if you need support.
  • Please arrive at the hotel by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 11th, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to ensure you're settled before the event begins.
  • Attendance is required for the full duration of the event, which will conclude on Saturday, September 12th at 6:00 PM.
  • We would love for you to stay for the evening dinner and send-off event — conference activities will conclude on Saturday, September 12th at 9:00 PM.

Hotel stay (room and tax only) will be covered by Specialty Dental Brands for Friday, September 11th and Saturday, September 12th. However, per hotel policy, all guests are required to leave a credit card on file in case of any incidentals. This will be requested upon check-in.


👥 Guest (Non-Employee) Inclusion

This event is designed for doctors and corporate staff only. For this reason, spouses, partners, and children are not able to attend conference sessions or scheduled meals.

The hotel does offer several amenities that guests may enjoy during the day while sessions are underway. Please note that any personal amenity expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.


💳 Reimbursements

  • All approved expenses are processed weekly by the Finance team through the Brex system. Once approved, reimbursement is typically deposited to your account within 4–5 business days.
  • To help keep the process moving smoothly, we encourage you to submit your flight receipt shortly after booking.
  • Please note that all expenses must be submitted within 30 days following the Summit to be eligible for reimbursement. Expenses submitted after this timeframe may not be reimbursed.
